SNAP VS SPEC DRAWING

SPEC DRAWINGS
SPEC drawings are drawn to MFR specs and dimensions.

SNAP DRAWINGS

SNAP drawings are simplified and drawn to a grid (the size will be similar to MFR Spec size and dims). SNAP components are modular and designed to quickly "Snap" together with other Snap drawings.

SNAP drawings were created especially for heavy and production users to save time creating cable drawings, wiring diagrams, and other documentation that does not require exact mechanical detail.

NOTE: Drawings that do not have MFR dims associated with them such as Insert Arrangements or Cable and Wire Breakouts are generally available in SNAP only.  Connectors may be available in SPEC and/or SNAP; check store for availability.
